Caffaro Napoli <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudiaron algunos aspectos de la naturaleza de la se\u00f1al que se exporta desde las hojas hacia las yemas vegetativas de la soja (clycine max. (L.) Merr.) A partir de la aplicacion de fotoperiodos cortos inductivos de la floracion. Se analizo la implicacion del plasmalema y el calcio en los procesos de la percepcion del estimulo fotoperiodico a nivel de las hojas. Tambien se analizo el papel de las poliaminas como compuestos relacionados con la se\u00f1al floral. En este sentido, se determino su contenido endogeno a nivel de las hojas, como tambien a nivel de las yemas, su transporte durante la aplicacion de los primeros dias cortos inductivos. Se observaron cambios en el estado del plasmalema acompa\u00f1ados por un aumento de su permeabilidad al calcio.
