Se realiza un an\u00e1lisis del problema del flicker en general y se describe el proceso de realizaci\u00f3n de un flick\u00e9rmetro digital. Se estudia el problema de las fluctuaciones de tensi\u00f3n producidas por los parques e\u00f3licos, los m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo y el tratamiento que dan las normas a la medida y evaluaci\u00f3n de la calidad de onda de los aerogeneradores. Se analiza la forma en la que las fluctuaciones de potencia de cada aerogenerador se componen entre s\u00ed para producir una fluctuaci\u00f3n de corriente y de tensi\u00f3n total en el parque y se realiza un an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico detallado para describirla.  finalmente se realiza una propuesta de un m\u00e9todo par la reducci\u00f3n de las fluctuaciones de tensi\u00f3n y, por lo tanto del flicker en el parque, basado en el control de la fase del rotor de un n\u00famero determinado de turbinas del mismo, con la consigna de que las fluctuaciones que producen cancelen total o parcialmente las de resto.
