El dise\u00f1o de las mol\u00e9culas se bas\u00f3 en una estructura dim\u00e9rica de n-alquiliglicinas con diversos amino\u00e1cidos acoplados en el extremo n-terminal. La evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica mediante electrofisiolog\u00eda permiti\u00f3 determinar la potencia de los compuestos as\u00ed como su selectividad frente al receptor nmda. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron una actividad en el rango nanomolar alto encaminando as\u00ed a un posterior estudio de su actividad antiinflamatoria y analg\u00e9sica.     por otra parte, en la presente tesis doctoral tambi\u00e9n se evalu\u00f3 la interacci\u00f3n entre el receptor trpv1 y la prote\u00edna sanpin con el fin de conocer la implicaci\u00f3n de esta interacci\u00f3n en el transporte de receptores trpv1 a la membrana celular. Primero se puso a punto un ensayo in vitro que permiti\u00f3 detectar la interacci\u00f3n entre las prote\u00ednas. Posteriormente se sintetizaron p\u00e9ptidos derivados de la secuencia de snapin para realizar ensayos de competici\u00f3n y as\u00ed poder mapear la prote\u00edna. Estos experimentos aportaron informaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n de sanpin responsable de su interacci\u00f3n con el dominio n-terminal del receptor trpv1. Por \u00faltimo, se dise\u00f1aron p\u00e9ptidos con una secuencia de internalizaci\u00f3n capaces de atravesar la membrana celular y se evaluaron por microscopia confocal y citometr\u00eda de flujo. A partir de estos resultados se abren las puertas para poder realizar ensayos en c\u00e9lulas vivas que permitan determinar la implicaci\u00f3n de la interacci\u00f3n entre trpv1 y snapin en el dolor
