Centr\u00e1ndose tambi\u00e9n en la actividad art\u00edstica que desarrollaban tanto pintores como escultores dentro de la mencionada casa, en el intervalo de tiempo que va desde finales del siglo xix hasta los a\u00f1os ochenta del siglo xx.     tambi\u00e9n queda reflejado el contexto hist\u00f3rico y cultural que rode\u00f3 a la casa de los artistas en las fechas indicadas anteriormente y por \u00faltimo las distintas propuestos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n que se han hecho a lo largo de los tiempos, centr\u00e1ndose en la que actualmente se est\u00e1 llevando a la realidad y contrast\u00e1ndola
