Los perfiles electrofor\u00e9ticos de cada especie difieren, distingui\u00e9ndose adem\u00e1s las genovariedades \u00c2\u00a1ntra-espec\u00edficas. Se identifica as\u00ed un conjunto de aislamientos procedente de chile. Se encuentra que todos pertenecen a trichinella spiralis de genovariedad id\u00e9ntica a las hispanas y europeas. El an\u00e1lisis de los aislamientos espa\u00f1oles procedentes de la fauna salvaje de dos regiones, castilla y le\u00f3n y la rioja demostr\u00f3 la presencia de t.Spiralis en esta fauna y especialmente de t. Britovi, la especie aut\u00f3ctona, de la que se identifica, adem\u00e1s de la genovariedad predominante, c-76 (mcan\/sp\/76 iss11) una nueva genovariedad, interf\u00e9rtil pero diferenciada del resto de las hispanas, as\u00ed como de t8 de sud\u00e1frica o t9 de jap\u00f3n. La secuenciaci\u00f3n reafirm\u00f3 la identidad separada. un segundo aspecto abordado en la tesis consisti\u00f3 en el estudio biol\u00f3gico (asentamiento, meseta intestinal de adultos y enquistamiento muscular) e histol\u00f3gico, mediante m\u00e9todos convencionales y electr\u00f3nicos, del ciclo de t. Spiralis sometido a los efectos de \u00c2\u00a1nmunomoduladores naturales y de s\u00edntesis administrados en un sistema de cesi\u00f3n retardada. En la fase intestinal y de enquistamiento muscular se observan efectos contrapuestos de anapsos\u00c2\u00ae (pal), un extracto de phlebodium pseudoaureum, y quil (saponinas de quillaja saponaria). La acci\u00f3n moduladora de pal se manifiesta favoreciendo al par\u00e1sito: mejora el asentamiento, prolonga la meseta intestinal, aumentar la carga muscular y protege los quistes musculares. Por el contrario quil regula a la baja la infecci\u00f3n al estimular en cada caso la intensidad de la respuesta celular. Frente a quistes musculares en la etapa inicial de formaci\u00f3n, provoca como se observa por microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica una desorganizaci\u00f3n citopl\u00e1smica de la c\u00e9lula nodriza. En consecuencia pal mitiga y quil estimula la granulomatosis periqu\u00edstica provocada por el antihelm\u00edntico mebendazol. finalmente se eval\u00faa la secuencia del ciclo de trichinella como medio para el cribado de nuevos antihelm\u00ednticos.
