El primero de los temas ha sido la s\u00edntesis de ligando del surco menor del dna. Exist\u00edan evidencia de que la guanina, una de las nucleobases de los \u00e1cidos nucleicos, pod\u00eda establecer contactos con otra guanina de un par g.C a trav\u00e9s de los \u00e1tomos situados en el surco menor, por lo que se han sintetizado ligandos que contienen dos pirroles (componentes t\u00edpicos en algunos ligandos de surco menor) y guaninas y se ha evaluado su capacidad para estabilizar d\u00faplex de dna. los estudios de interacci\u00f3n mediante ensayos de desnaturalizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica han indicado que, efectivamente, la guanina parece tener una implicaci\u00f3n en los procesos de reconocimiento del surco menor, siendo importante que se una al resto de la cadena a trav\u00e9s del n9.     el segundo proyecto lo constituye la preparaci\u00f3n del d\u00edmero disulfuro de un nucleop\u00e9ptido, que es un tipo particular de conjugado entre un p\u00e9ptido y un oligonucle\u00f3tido. En este caso  se pretend\u00eda favorecer la interacci\u00f3n de la cadena pept\u00eddica con el surco menor del d\u00faplex de dna que forman las cadenas oligonucleot\u00eddicas. La s\u00edntesis del nucleop\u00e9ptido, que contiene una unidad de pirrol, ha sido un procedimiento sint\u00e9tico muy complicado y ha sido necesario modificar y optimizar muchas etapas de la s\u00edntesis para, finalmente, disponer del producto deseado. Con este compuesto se han llevado a cabo estudios estructurales mediante t\u00e9cnicas de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear.     por \u00faltimo, el tercer proyecto se enmarca en un trabajo cuyo objetivo a largo plazo es la preparaci\u00f3n de ribonucleasas con actividad terap\u00e9utica y especificidad de secuencia. Se han preparado conjugados p\u00e9ptido-\u00e1cido nucleico con los que se han generado diferentes especies enzim\u00e1ticas, cuya actividad ha sido evaluada.
