El primer capitulo recoge aspectos historicos. A partir de ahi la tesis se divide en dos partes. La primera versa acerca de la persona como autopropiedad. Se estudia el concepto zubiriano de sustantividad y la caracteristica de la persona como \u00abrealidad en propiedad\u00bb tal y como la describe zubiri. En la segunda parte se analizan los diversos aspectos de la persona como apertura:  socialidad, comunion y apertura transcendental. En este sentido, en el capitulo quinto se expone el orden transcendental zubiriano y despues se aplica a la persona. Ademas de lo afirmado explicitamente por zubiri se hacen afirmaciones que parece pueden apoyarse en sus textos. Finalmente se aborda el tema del genero, es decir, de la masculinidad y feminidad, desarrollando si la diferencia habida entre ambas puede ser en la persona, de modo que la sexualidad humana modalizara la persona en persona masculina y persona femenina.
