tradicionales sobre los motivos de oposici\u00f3n en el proceso cambiario a la luz de la nueva ley de enjuiciamiento civil 1\/2000, de 7 de enero, y su reflejo en la moderna jurisprudencia de nuestras audiencias provinciales, llegando una vez m\u00e1s a soluciones dispares. analizamos las similitudes y diferencias entre el antiguo juicio ejecutivo y el actual proceso cambiario, partiendo de cu\u00e1l es actualmente la naturaleza jur\u00eddica de este procedimiento y cu\u00e1l puede ser su posible inicidencia en el \u00e1mbito europeo. no pudimos dejar a un lado el estudio de los sujetos que conforman el proceso cambiario. en cuanto a los motivos de oposici\u00f3n propiamente dichos, hacemos un repaso somero a las excepciones de car\u00e1cter procesal para centrarnos en el estudio de
