La critica del juicio introduce como concepto mediador el principio trascendental de finalidad de la naturaleza finalidad logica en los juicios teleologicos y finalidad estetica en los juicios estetico-reflexivos. En el analisis de dichos juicios se hace evidente el principio de simultaneidad y sus concomitantes -espontaneidad, totalidad, discontinuidad y azar causal-, lo cual permite introducir la indeterminacion necesaria para escapar del determinismo de la fisica newtoniana, que era a la que kant tenia que atenerse. De ahi nuestro acercamiento a teorias fisicas y biologicas actuales capaces de dar a estos conceptos la objetividad suficiente para servir de nexo entre el mecanicismo y la libertad. El principio de simultaneidad, que se manifiesta en la experiencia de lo sublime, y asimismo en diversas ciencias fisicas y biologicas, puede considerarse como la irrupcion de una causalidad incondicionada, es decir, como libertad trascendental.  todo ello apoya, en suma, la tesis de que el sistema de kant es viable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
