{"id":60223,"date":"2018-03-09T22:48:04","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:48:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mecanismo-de-produccion-de-radicales-libres-en-la-diabetes-importancia-de-la-xantina-oxidasa-e-implicacion-del-factor-nuclear-kb\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:48:04","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:48:04","slug":"mecanismo-de-produccion-de-radicales-libres-en-la-diabetes-importancia-de-la-xantina-oxidasa-e-implicacion-del-factor-nuclear-kb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/mecanismo-de-produccion-de-radicales-libres-en-la-diabetes-importancia-de-la-xantina-oxidasa-e-implicacion-del-factor-nuclear-kb\/","title":{"rendered":"Mecanismo de producci\u00f3n de radicales libres en la diabetes: importancia de la xantina oxidasa e implicaci\u00f3n del factor nuclear-kb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Marco Romagnoli <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un previo trabajo de nuestro grupo demostr\u00f3 que la expresi\u00f3n y la actividad de la xantina oxidasa (xo), generan s\u00faper oxido en h\u00edgado y plasma de animales diab\u00e9ticos y que esto aumenta el stress oxidativo en esta enfermedad. el objetivo de esta tesis doctoral fue el estudio del \u00abrole\u00bb de los radicales libres (eron) generados por la xo en la activaci\u00f3n de la cascada de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n del factor nuclear-  b (nf- b) a corto plazo y de la inflamaci\u00f3n a largo plazo asociado al da\u00f1o de la diabetes. en el citoplasma p-ikk  y p-i b  est\u00e1n incrementadas en los animales diab\u00e9ticos. estos acompa\u00f1an en el estrato nuclear de h\u00edgado de los animales diab\u00e9ticos  de un incremento de nf- b (la proteina p65). medimos la expresi\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica de inos y cox-2 que est\u00e1n reguladas por el incremento por el factor de trascripci\u00f3n &#8211; b la diabetes induce la activaci\u00f3n de nf-kb, la cascada de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y por consecuencia la sobra expresi\u00f3n de enzimas inflamatorios. Estos incrementos fueron eliminados con la administraci\u00f3n de alopurinol. hemos visto tambi\u00e9n un aumento de infiltraci\u00f3n de neutrofilos en h\u00edgado de animales diab\u00e9ticos y de presencia en el \u00f3rgano de muerte celular.
