En cebada, en nuestro grupo se ha conseguido optimizar un protocolo para el cultivo de anteras que haceposible la producci\u00f3n de dhs a partir de un gran n\u00famero de genotipos. Sin embargo, a\u00fan hay cultivares de gran importanciaagron\u00f3mica que no responden bien al cultivo de anteras.Hasta el inicio del trabajo no hab\u00eda muchos estudios que profundizasen en la b\u00fasqueda de regiones cromos\u00f3micas implicadas en elcontrol gen\u00e9tico del proceso. En cebada a\u00fan no se hab\u00edan localizado qtls asociados ni a embriog\u00e9nesis ni a albinismo, dos de loscomponentes m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos del proceso. En este trabajo de tesis, el desarrollo de una primera poblaci\u00f3n de doblehaploides (igri xdobla) nos permiti\u00f3 identificar: dos qtls asociados a n\u00famero de embriones (nemb) en los cromosomas 2h y 6h, que en conjuntoexplicaban un 52,47% de la varianza fenot\u00edpica; otros dos qtls para n\u00famero de plantas verdes (ngp) en los cromosomas 5h y 6h,cuyos efectos aditivos explicaban el 50,53% de la varianza fenot\u00edpica; un qtl asociado a n\u00famero de plantas albinas (nap) en elcromosoma 2h, que lograba explicar el 24,94% de la varianza; y, finalmente, otro para porcentaje de plantas verdes (pgp) en elcromosoma 5h que explicaba el 21,07% de la varianza fenot\u00edpica para el car\u00e1cter. A pesar de que con esta poblaci\u00f3n se hab\u00edanidentificado qtls asociados a variables fundamentales del proceso, para el caso del albinismo s\u00f3lo se consigui\u00f3 explicar el 21% dela varianza, cuando se sab\u00eda que el efecto del genotipo pod\u00eda explicar m\u00e1s del 70% de la variaci\u00f3n total para porcentaje de plantasverdes. Por eso se desarroll\u00f3 otra poblaci\u00f3n de dhs m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica para el estudio de este car\u00e1cter, mediante el cruzamiento igri xdh46 (escogido de la progenie del cruzamiento anterior igri x dobla).
