Las reacciones transcurren mediante la activaci\u00f3n de uno de los enlaces nitr\u00f3geno- hidr\u00f3geno para formar complejos con ligandos nitruros puente entre los \u00e1tomos de titanio y el metal incorporado.  \tlas especies con los elementos alcalinos exhiben dos tipos de geometr\u00edas: dicubanos de artista unida y dicubanos de v\u00e9rtice com\u00fan. Por otro lado, las estructuras que se encuentran para los compuestos con los metales alcalinot\u00e9rros son de tipo cubo, dicubanos de v\u00e9rtice com\u00fan y dicubanos con puentes arilamido.  \ten el caso del grupo 12 destacan los sistemas con geometr\u00eda tipo cubo para zinc y cadmio, muestras que los compuestos son mercurio originan principalmente sistemas abiertos. Entre los compuestos con elementos de este grupo, destacan los cl\u00fasteres alquinilimido metalocubanos de zinc, que constituyen el primer ejemplo que implica la participaci\u00f3n del nitruro apical del ligando de partida en su comportamiento qu\u00edmico.  \ttodas las experiencias descritas en la memoria se han realizado en atm\u00f3sfera inerte de arg\u00f3n utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de schelenk en una l\u00ednea donde de vac\u00edo \u00c2\u00bf arg\u00f3n o en una \u00c2\u00bfcaja seca\u00c2\u00bf. \tlos complejos sintetizados con s\u00f3lidos cuya caracterizaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo mediante an\u00e1lisis elemental, espectrofotometr\u00eda infrarroja, espectroscopia de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear de prot\u00f3n y carb\u00f3n-13 y espectrometr\u00eda de masas.
