Por reacci\u00f3n de estos \u00e1cidos con diferentes sales met\u00e1licas se obtuvieron diferentes compuestos de plata(i), oro(i), asi como complejos mixtos de oro y plata de f\u00f3rmula general: &#8211; [au(pph3)(hl)], [(aupph3)2l], [hq][au(pph3)(l)], donde [hq] = cati\u00f3n diisopropilamonio y [hp][au(pph3)(l)], donde hp = cati\u00f3n trietilamonio; &#8211; [au(pet3)(hl)] y [(aupet3)2l]; &#8211; [ag(pph3)(hl)], [(agpph3)2l], [hq][ag(pph3)(l)] y [ag(pph3)3hl]; &#8211; [au(hl)], [hq][au(l)] y na[au(l)]; &#8211; [ag(hl)], [ag2l], [hq][ag(l)] y na[ag(l)]; &#8211; [auag(pph3)2l]. la caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural en estado s\u00f3lido se abord\u00f3 por medio de la difracci\u00f3n de rx y de la espectroscopia vibracional. La espectroscopia vibracional, ir y raman, se emple\u00f3 como una t\u00e9cnica de apoyo en la identificaci\u00f3n de los ligandos h2l y para averiguar el tipo de coordinaci\u00f3n que presentan hl\u00c2\u00af y l2\u00c2\u00af, analizando la variaci\u00f3n que sufren las bandas de los espectros cuando se produce la desprotonaci\u00f3n y posterior coordinaci\u00f3n al \u00e1tomo met\u00e1lico. La difracci\u00f3n de rx permiti\u00f3 resolver las estructuras cristalinas de 8 precursores de ligandos, 4 ligandos, 21 complejos de oro, 26 complejos de plata y de 3 complejos mixtos de oro y plata, mediante la lenta evaporaci\u00f3n de las respectivas disoluciones de cada complejo.  el estudio en disoluci\u00f3n se abord\u00f3 por medio de espectrometr\u00eda de masas y de rmn de 1h, 13c, 31p y en algunos casos de 109ag. Los datos obtenidos aportaron informaci\u00f3n relativa a la estructura de los ligandos en disoluci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de los efectos producidos por la coordinaci\u00f3n en los complejos obtenidos. se llevaron a cabo estudios de citotoxicidad \u00abin vitro\u00bb de todos los complejos derivados de aupph3 (44 complejos) frente a las l\u00edneas celul<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
