En un intento por identificar y caracterizar factores involucrados en la respuesta al hmba se establecieron l\u00edneas eritroleuc\u00e9micas derivadas de mel-ds19 que son resistentes a la acci\u00f3n del inductor (mel-r). contrariamente a lo esperado, se constat\u00f3 que la expresi\u00f3n de pu.1 est\u00e1 inhibida en las l\u00edneas resistentes, a\u00fan cuando la integraci\u00f3n del sffv ocurre en el mismo sitio que en las c\u00e9lulas progenitoras.
