En la primera parte, se presentan las teor\u00edas centrales actuales provenientes dela psicolog\u00eda y la pedagog\u00eda, as\u00ed como las reflexiones sobre la creatividad presentes en el campo de la traducci\u00f3n, en especial los modelos cognitivos empleados por paul kussmaul. en una segunda parte de naturaleza emp\u00edrica, se procede al dise\u00f1o de una prueba de traducci\u00f3n destinada a recoger datos para un an\u00e1lisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de diferentes aspectos relacionados con la resoluci\u00f3n de una tarea de traducci\u00f3n con problemas creativos. Esta prueba se aplica a una muestra de 100 alumnos de traducci\u00f3n de la universidad pontifica comillas. Por \u00faltimo, se incluye una propuesta did\u00e1ctica para la incorporaci\u00f3n a las clases de traducci\u00f3n de algunas t\u00e9cnicas y ejercicios, desgranados en la parte te\u00f3rica, que
