Fert descubri\u00f3 el fen\u00f3meno de la magnetorresistencia gigante. Posteriormente, en 1995, fue descubierta la magnetorresistencia t\u00fanel en uniones t\u00fanel magn\u00e9ticas. La caracter\u00edstica m\u00e1s importante de estos dispositivos es la variaci\u00f3n de la resistencia electrica con un campo magn\u00e9tico aplicado, y en uniones t\u00fanel magn\u00e9ticas ha superado con creces las cantidades alcanzadas por dispositivos basados en magnetorresistencia gigante. en la tesis doctoral se estudiaron uniones t\u00fanel magn\u00e9ticas de tres tipos diferentes: policristalinas con dos tipo dopaje diferentes (cromo y silicio) y epitaxiales con la estructura fe(110)|mgo(111)|fe(110). Para ello es llevaron a cabo medidas de conductancia frente a voltaje y a campo magn\u00e9tico. Adem\u00e1s se realizaron medidas de ruido en este tipo de estructuras variando tambi\u00e9n el voltaje y el campo magn\u00e9tico. Todas las medidas fueron realizadas en un amplio rango de temperaturas, entre ambiente y  helio l\u00edquido. El sistema experimental empleado fue desarrollado durante el trabajo que se presenta.  las conclusiones del trabajo experimental pueden resumirse en tres puntos: i. Demostraci\u00f3n de los estado localizados dentro de la barrera t\u00fanel para el transporte electr\u00f3nico comprobado mediante el estudio del ruido de disparo. ii. Influencia de la inclusi\u00f3n de de islas de silicio en el interior de la barrera en la magnetorresistencia t\u00fanel y en el ruido 1\/f a baja temperatura. iii. Demostraci\u00f3n de la variaci\u00f3n del ruido 1\/f con el estado magn\u00e9tico de uniones t\u00fanel epitaxiales con la estructura fe(110)|mgo|(111)|fe(110).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
