En vista de los problemas encontrados en el estado del arte, se ha adaptado una metodolog\u00eda cl\u00e1sica a la hora de abordar estudios o pruebas experimentales con usuarios en entornos web. Dicha metodolog\u00eda aborda tres fases: definici\u00f3n del estudio o experimento, monitorizaci\u00f3n de acciones de usuario y an\u00e1lisis de datos. La principal novedad de la metodolog\u00eda propuesta en esta memoria es que la fase de definici\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas del estudio permite especificar dise\u00f1os experimentales de diverso tipo y complejidad de manera que toda la informaci\u00f3n referente a dichos dise\u00f1os gu\u00eda las siguientes fases de administraci\u00f3n de tratamientos o condiciones experimentales, monitorizaci\u00f3n de acciones de usuarios la web y, finalmente, la recogida y an\u00e1lisis de datos. Se ha definido un lenguaje propio de especificaci\u00f3n formal de experimentos como veh\u00edculo de transmisi\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de los experimentos definidos entre las diversas fases que componen la metodolog\u00eda propuesta. Tomando como base la metodolog\u00eda y el lenguaje formal para la definici\u00f3n de experimentos descritos, se ha desarrollado una herramienta inform\u00e1tica, eweb, que ha sido utilizada como base para la realizaci\u00f3n de una serie de experimentos que cubre un amplio espectro de pruebas con usuarios en situaciones muy heterog\u00e9neas para demostrar la validez de la aproximaci\u00f3n
