Sin embargo, la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n de los espectros obtenidos a partir de estas mol\u00e9culas biol\u00f3gicas se ve dificultada por la complejidad de las bandas presentes en el espectro. Por ello se hace necesario el realizar estudios conducentes al conocimiento de c\u00f3mo extraer la informaci\u00f3n existente.  en el trabajo presentado se aborda el estudio tanto de l\u00edpidos como de prote\u00ednas en diferentes situaciones conformacionales a fin de profundizar en la informaci\u00f3n que la t\u00e9cnica nos proporciona. En los l\u00edpidos, se han estudiado diferentes esfingol\u00edpidos, mol\u00e9culas implicadas en los \u00abratfs\u00bb lip\u00eddicos y en procesos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n. En estos l\u00edpidos, pr\u00e1cticamente no estudiados por espectroscopia de infrarrojo, se relacionan las variaciones en la parte apolar de la mol\u00e9cula con la interfase y la cabeza polar.  la espectroscopia de infrarrojo es muy sensible a los cambios ambientales que se producen en las prote\u00ednas, tanto por la unic\u00f3n de ligandos como por variaciones en la composici\u00f3n aminoac\u00edlica. Por ello, se ha estudiado en diferentes sistemas proteicos tanto el efecto de un ligando como el calcio, como el efecto de mutaciones que alteran el entorno proteico.  el objetivo final, del cual estos trabajos constituyen una parte, es el lograr extraer el m\u00e1ximo de informaci\u00f3n que proporciona el espectro de infrarrojo en biomol\u00e9culas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
