En este nuevo panorama de las t\u00e9cnicas y contando con una instrumentaci\u00f3n renovada en la divisi\u00f3n de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de la universidad de c\u00e1diz, hemos dispuesto de la extraordinaria posibilidad de observar los materiales complejos bajo estudio desde diversas perspectivas estructurales y anal\u00edticas que nos han permitido obtener conclusiones m\u00e1s fiables y, al tiempo, valorar las posibilidades que ofrece cada t\u00e9cnica.  en cuanto a los materiales estudiados, nos hemos enfocado en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de catalizadores constituidos por ru como fase met\u00e1lica soportada y diversos \u00f3xidos mixtos de ce como soporte. El objetivo es poder preparar materiales catal\u00edticos interesantes en diversos procesos qu\u00edmicos relacionados con la cat\u00e1lisis medioambiental.
