Para ello se realiz\u00f3 la adaptaci\u00f3n de distintos procesos utilizados en el ies-upm con substratos de alta calidad, dando lugar a eficiencias en torno al 17% con muestras de silicio multicristalino y del 14,6% en muestras no texturadas de silicio monocristalino purificadas siguiendo la v\u00eda metal\u00fargica. Tambi\u00e9n se introdujo el uso de capas de nitruro de silicio obtenidas mediante el m\u00e9todo de dep\u00f3sito qu\u00edmico en fase de vapor potenciado por plasma (pecvd). Se demostr\u00f3 su uso como capa antirreflectante, obteniendo menores reflectividades que las alcanzadas con capas de \u00f3xido de silicio, y pasivadora de las superficies y del volumen (en el caso
