El extracto hipotalamico de cordero ejercio un estimulo dependiente de la dosis empleada, que se hace mas evidente a la tercera semana de haber iniciado el cultivo. Al incubar este extracto hipotalamico de cordero con anticuerpo anti lhrh 1:100, se observa una clara disminucion de los niveles de lh detectados en el medio. Al estimular con factores hipotalamicos aislados, se consiguio una estimulacion de las celulas menor que cuando lo haciamos con el extracto de cordero, pero aun asi
