Y, sin embargo, cabe afirmar que, en t\u00e9rminos generales, existen resortes normativos que permiten dar respuesta jur\u00eddica a este tipo de comportamientos. As\u00ed lo corrobora el importante n\u00famero de pronunciamientos judiciales que, con mayor o menor acierto, han resuelto favorablemente las demandas sobre acoso moral presentadas durante estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. La presente tesis se estructura en tres partes. En la primera parte, se pone de relieve la necesidad de caracterizar jur\u00eddicamente el acoso moral en el trabajo como categor\u00eda con sustantividad propia, por lo que se abordan las diversas cuestiones problem\u00e1ticas que plantea su delimitaci\u00f3n como conducta il\u00edcita. En la segunda parte, se examinan las implicaciones del acoso moral desde el punto de vista de la regulaci\u00f3n del contrato de trabajo. Se analizan principalmente cu\u00e1les son los derechos reconocidos en la legislaci\u00f3n laboral que permiten identificar unas correlativas obligaciones contractuales del empresario por lo que se refiere a la protecci\u00f3n de los intereses del trabajador afectados por las conductas de acoso moral. La tercera y \u00faltima parte, tiene por objeto examinar las principales v\u00edas de tutela judicial a disposici\u00f3n del trabajador acosado y para exigir responsabilidades al empresario en el
