Se ha automatizado el proceso de obtener las funciones de transferencia y los coeficientes de la soluci\u00f3n general mediante dos programas denominados transfu y dynsys. Se aplica al caso de activaci\u00f3n de un zim\u00f3geno. se ha mejorado la ecuaci\u00f3n integrada cl\u00e1sica de michaelis-menten mediante una nueva ecuaci\u00f3n integrada de la cual la anterior es un caso particular. Esta nueva ecuaci\u00f3n inetgrada es m\u00e1s exacta que la cl\u00e1sica tambi\u00e9n se han caracterizado sistemas inestables obteniendo par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos, tiempos de residencia de las especies enzim\u00e1ticas involucradas en el esquema estudiado. para la obtenci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros se ha introducido un nuevo procedimiento, el de los momentos estad\u00edsticos de la velocidad de formaci\u00f3n del producto en un sistema en el que tanto la enzima libre como el complejo enzima sustrato son inestables. Este m\u00e9todo de los momentos mejora los valores de las constantes de velocidad obtenidas por un procedimiento anterior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
