{"id":61156,"date":"2018-03-09T22:48:58","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:48:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mimeticos-de-gpe-y-cpg-auna-nueva-familia-de-agentes-neuroprotectores\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:48:58","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:48:58","slug":"mimeticos-de-gpe-y-cpg-auna-nueva-familia-de-agentes-neuroprotectores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/mimeticos-de-gpe-y-cpg-auna-nueva-familia-de-agentes-neuroprotectores\/","title":{"rendered":"Mimeticos de gpe y cpg \u00c2\u00bfuna nueva familia de agentes neuroprotectores?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Sergio-alvar Alonso De Diego <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral ha consistido en la s\u00edntesis y evaluaci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica de una serie de an\u00e1logos de los p\u00e9ptidos gpe y cpg, dos p\u00e9ptidos nativos para los que se han descrito importante efectos neuroprotectores frente a diferentes modelos de enfermedades como parkinson, huntington o procesos de isquemia hip\u00f3xica. para ello, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio completo de estos p\u00e9ptidos tanto por t\u00e9cnica de rmn como por modelizaci\u00f3n molecular y posteriormente se han sintetizado diferentes series de an\u00e1logos pept\u00eddicos y pseudopect\u00eddicos mediante t\u00e9cnicas convencionales de s\u00edntesis y purificaci\u00f3n tanto en fase s\u00f3lida como en disoluci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se recoge la s\u00edntesis de una serie de an\u00e1logos conformacionalmente restringidos portadores de estructuras del tipo 3,7-pirazinopirazinas y 1,6-pirrolopirazinas. como resultados a destacar de este trabajo, cabe se\u00f1alar que se han obtenido  excelentes resultados farmacol\u00f3gicos con algunos de los an\u00e1logos sintetizados, lo que abre las puertas a continuar con la investigaci\u00f3n en este campo mediante el dise\u00f1o de nuevos mim\u00e9ticos as\u00ed como mediante estudios del mecanismo de acci\u00f3n de estos p\u00e9ptidos que, hasta ahora, son desconocidos. tambi\u00e9n cabe destacar el inter\u00e9s de los esqueletos de pirrolopirazina y pirazinopirazina, puesto que no se han descrito en la bibliograf\u00eda este tipo de esqueletos
