Fos y jun aparecen expresadas en distintos tipos de c\u00e9lulas y tejidos y participan en la regulaci\u00f3n de numerosos procesos celulares como la proliferaci\u00f3n, diferenciaci\u00f3n, apoptosis y oncog\u00e9nesis. La generaci\u00f3n y propagaci\u00f3n de muchos c\u00e1nceres est\u00e1 relacionada con la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de jun, por lo que existe un gran inter\u00e9s en antagonizar su actividad. En este trabajo de tesis se han desarrollado receptores selectivos para la oncoprot\u00e9ina jun, en los que una zona derivada de la regi\u00f3n rica en leucinas de fos se ha unido covalentemente a un oligonucle\u00f3tido de doble cadena que incluye el sitio de uni\u00f3n de jun tcat, para la s\u00edntesis de los conjugados oligonucle\u00f3tido-p\u00e9ptido se han ensayado diferentes estrategias de s\u00edntesis convergente y s\u00edntesis divergente. Adem\u00e1s, es posible llevar a cabo un control temporal de activaci\u00f3n y desactiviaci\u00f3n de la uni\u00f3n de los h\u00edbridos sintetizados a la prot\u00e9ina utilizando oligonucle\u00f3tidos externos. por otra parte, en el marco del inter\u00e9s existente en desarrollar derivados pept\u00eddicos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que los factores de transcripci\u00f3n naturales, pero capaces de mimetizar sus capacidades de reconocimiento del adn, en este trabajo se ha desarrollado una nueva forma de dimerizaci\u00f3n de las regiones b\u00e1sicas del factor de transcripci\u00f3n gcn4. Esta consiste en unir covalentemente dichas regiones a oligonucle\u00f3tidos de secuencia adecuada, de forma que al a\u00f1adir un tercer oligonucle\u00f3tido formen una estructura de tipo \u00abthree way junction\u00bb. Este sistema permite activar y desactivar la dimerizaci\u00f3n de los p\u00e9ptidos y, por tanto, ofrece la posibilidad de controlar su interacci\u00f3n con el adn usando oligonucle\u00f3tidos
