Se realizar\u00e1 un estudio te\u00f3rico del efecto de intercambio y correlaci\u00f3n entre estos dos sistemas en metales nobles, mediante el c\u00e1lculo de la autoenerg\u00eda as\u00ed como el tiempo de vida media. Una vez estudiado este efecto se desarrollar\u00e1 un potencial efectivo para el c\u00e1lculo de vida media de huecos excitados en el estado se superficie del cu (111) teniendo en cuenta toda su estructura de banda. Estos resultados se comparar\u00e1n con los obtenidos con medidas de stm (scanning t\u00fanel microscopy) para analizar su validez.  (ii) la segunda parte concierne a procesos de p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda de una part\u00edcula cargada que se mueve paralela a una superficie de magnesio. Dicho c\u00e1lculo se llevar\u00e1 a cabo utilizando distintos modelos y t\u00e9cnicas ab initio.
