Posterior comparaci\u00f3n con los resultados oficiales de la consejer\u00eda de sanidad y consumo de la junta de gobierno de la comunidad de castilla y le\u00f3n, encontr\u00e1ndose diferencias significativas.  an\u00e1lisis del contenido de nitrato, para las mismas tomas de muestra, por los m\u00e9todos de espectrofotometr\u00eda directa, por el m\u00e9todo de espectrofotometr\u00eda con correcci\u00f3n de las interferencias por materia org\u00e1nica, y por el m\u00e9todo espectrofotom\u00e9trico de la primera derivada.
