Los mecanismos que el gobierno corporativo articula logran limitar, supervisar y controlar el potencial oportunismo directivo, que puede provocar un perfil innovador en las empresas no deseable desde el punto de vista de la propiedad corporativa. el objetivo de esta tesis consiste en utilizar un marco contingente basado en las asunciones de la teor\u00eda del accionista y del servidor para analizar la influencia que los mecanismos de gobierno corporativo caracter\u00edsticos en el tejido empresarial espa\u00f1ol pueden ejercer sobre la orientaci\u00f3n hacia la innovaci\u00f3n. as\u00ed, se estudian los efectos que la estructura accionarial de las empresas y la composici\u00f3n y caracter\u00edsticas de sus consejos de administraci\u00f3n provocan en la orientaci\u00f3n innovadora de la organizaci\u00f3n, considerando estos efectos de forma independiente, y las posibles interrelaciones que pueden producirse entre ellos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
