<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis aborda el estudio de tres tipos distintos de sistemas mesosc\u00f3picos, y c\u00f3mo uno de sus grados de libertad colectivos es afectado por un entorno disipativo: a) sistemas nanoelectromec\u00e1nicos basados en materiales semiconductores, y c\u00f3mo los procesos de fricci\u00f3n superficial causados por desorden e impurezas limitan el factor de calidad de sus modos normales de vibraci\u00f3n a bajas temperaturas, causando asimismo un desplazamiento en frecuencias de dichos modos; b) nanoresonadores de grafeno y nanotubos de carbono, y diversos mecanismos de fricci\u00f3n que limitan el factor de calidad de su modo fundamental flexural, y c) la din\u00e1mica disipativa del plasm\u00f3n de superficie creado en un nanocluster met\u00e1lico por un pulso
