Para obtener una textura y microestructura adecuadas se ha utilizado lat\u00e9cnica de fusi\u00f3n zonal flotante inducida por radiaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser, seguida de un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de recocido necesario para laobtenci\u00f3n de dicha fase. El objetivo general de este trabajo es el estudio de la mejora de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de estosmateriales, sin perjudicar sus buenas propiedades el\u00e9ctricas, con el fin de ampliar su inter\u00e9s tecnol\u00f3gico. Para ello, se han optimizadolas condiciones de composici\u00f3n, procesado y tratamiento, de forma que permitan la fabricaci\u00f3n de elementos superconductores conpropiedades adecuadas para su uso en dispositivos de inter\u00e9s industrial, en concreto en el campo de las aplicaciones de potencia.Se ha estudiado la obtenci\u00f3n de preformas v\u00edtreas de materiales bi-2212, mediante la preparaci\u00f3n de precursores cil\u00edndricos porenfriamiento r\u00e1pido del fundido con esta composici\u00f3n. Estos se han caracterizado por medio de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas para determinarsu homogeneidad y propiedades, para, posteriormente, estudiar su desvitrificaci\u00f3n y cristalizaci\u00f3n mediante diferentes tratamientost\u00e9rmicos en condiciones controladas, para obtener la fase superconductora bi-2212.As\u00ed mismo, se ha estudiado la influencia del pb en el bi-2212, en materiales texturados mediante la t\u00e9cnica de la fusi\u00f3n zonalflotante inducida por l\u00e1ser y sometidos a tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos a diferentes temperaturas. Las fibras obtenidas se caracterizanel\u00e9ctrica, mec\u00e1nica y microestructuralmente para realizar un estudio comparativo de las diferentes composiciones y determinar lascondiciones \u00f3ptimas
