Estas interfases, a pesar de su mayor complejidad comparadas con las de metales o semiconductores, ofrecen una variedad de nuevos ingredientes (efectos de polaridad, transferencia de carga, desacoplo de Valencia, etc\u00e9tera), que se constituyen en nuevos grados de libertad a la hora de producir efectos f\u00edsicos nuevos. Las superredes epitaxiales crecidas alternando dos materiales diferentes con la misma o diferente estructura cristalina son un banco de pruebas para el dise\u00f1o de materiales con nuevas funcionalidades. Los avances producidos en las t\u00e9cnicas de fabricaci\u00f3n de estas superredes, nos permiten el crecimiento de heteroestructuras epitaxialesde \u00f3xidos de metales de transici\u00f3n, donde las interfases entre los dos materiales muestran una gran coherencia y una elevada calidad cristalina.  la investigaci\u00f3n que se expone en esta tesis se centra en tres compuestos referentes de la literatura de sistemas fuertemente correlacionados: srtio3 (sto), lamno3(lmo) e yba2cu3o7(ybco). Dentro del marco de los \u00f3xidos complejos conductores i\u00f3nicos, estudiaremos el efecto del enfrentamiento del (y2o3)0.08(zro2)0.92(ysz) y el srtio3. Los resultados revelan que la interfase de cada uno de los sistemas estudiados (ybco\/sto, ybco\/lmo, lmo\/sto e ysz\/sto) juega un papel fundamental en las propiedades f\u00edsicas delas
