Inmaculada <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El neuropeptido beta-endorfina inhibe la proliferacion de linfocitos t inducida por mitogenos impidiendo su paso a la fase g1 del ciclo celular. Este efecto es posterior a la generacion de los 2os mensajeros ca2+ y diacilglicerol, independiente de los niveles intracelulares de ampc y se asocia con una inhibicion en la secrecion de il-2 y una expresion reducida del receptor de il-2 en la membrana celular del linfocito t.  la beta-endorfina regula tambien la expresion de algunos genes tempranos que se inducen en el proceso de activacion de linfocitos, incluidos los genes ngfi-a y ngfi-b, ampliamente regulados a nivel nervioso.  el gen ngfi-a es rapidamente inducido en el proceso de activacion del linfocito t tanto en la transicion g0\/g1 por accion de lectinas mitogenicas, como en la fase g1 tras el estimulo con il-2 y su expresion se ha demostrado esencial en la proliferacion de linfocitos t. En linfocitos quiescentes es necesaria la via del ca2+ y la via de la pkc para obtener la maxima expresion de este gen, la cual parece independiente de la via del ampc y es inhibida por los inmunosupresores ciclosporina a y dexametasona.  el gen ngfi-b se expresa tambien en el proceso de activacion del linfocito estimulado por concanavalina a pero su induccion por il-2 en linfoblastos en fase g1 depende de la presencia del inhibidor de la sintesis de proteina cicloheximida.
