Estos se definen considerando las perspectivas de los usuarios, los profesionales y la administracion.  los datos se obtienen mediante una encuesta a todos los profesionales, otra a una muestra de usuarios y los registros del sistema de informacion del insalud.  se ha validado un cuestionario de evaluacion organizacional, obteniendose unos coeficientes alpha de cronbach, en sus diversas escalas, entre 0,55 y 0,92.  las variables del estudio permiten predecir la satisfaccion del usuario, los resultados de gestion y la puntuacion obtenida en varios indicadores de calidad. Las variables utilizadas pueden explicar hasta el 89% de la varianza de los resultados del usuario y hasta el 74% de la de los resultados de gestion de los centros.  entre otras conclusiones, se demuestra que las variables psicologicas tienen una gran importancia en la explicacion de los resultados obtenidos por los centros de salud.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
