Los oxinitruros se han simulado oxidando parcialmente la superficie (001) de tin y nitrurando parcialmente la superficie (110) de tio2 rutilo. Se ha abordado la interacci\u00f3n de cu, ag y au con la superficie (001) de oxinitruros con estructura naci y composici\u00f3n aproximada tin1-xox, y de cu y au con la superficie (110) de oxinitruros con estructura de tipo rutilo y composici\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica tio2-xnx. Las principales contribuciones de dicho estudio han sido(1)interpretaci\u00f3n a nivel at\u00f3mico de las primeras etapas de los complejos procesos de oxidaci\u00f3n de tin(001) y nitruraci\u00f3n de tio2 rutilo (110), y (2) desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo que permite a la vez aumentas el dopaje con n de tio2 sin alterar su estructura superficial(que puede tener una influencia decisiva en el campote la fotocat\u00e1lisis)y controlar el estado de oxidaci\u00f3n del au adsorbido sobre tio2, pudiendo generarse tanto un cati\u00f3n como un ani\u00f3n o un \u00e1tomo neutro (lo cual tiene una enorme trascendencia en el \u00e1rea de la cat\u00e1lisis heterog\u00e9nea ya que la carga influye decisivamente en la actividad de las part\u00edculas, en su tama\u00f1o y morfolog\u00eda, y en su
