El contenido de la misma ha sido dividido en dos partes: la parte a, que engloba a los cap\u00edtulos 1 y 2, se basa en el desarrollo de nuevas reacciones de adici\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila; mientras que la parte b, constituida por los cap\u00edtulos 3 y 4, aborda el estudio de diferentes procesos en cascada de complejos alquinilcarbeno de fischer derivados de indol y otros sistemas heteroarom\u00e1ticos. en el cap\u00edtulo 1 se analiza el comportamiento qu\u00edmico que experimentan diferentes sistemas di\u00e9nicos nitrogenados frente a complejos carbeno de fischer. La reacci\u00f3n con 1-amino-1,3-butadienos da lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de ciclopropanos, ciclopentenaminas, derivados de indeno o derivados de benzaldeh\u00eddo, dependiendo de la naturaleza del complejo carbeno utilizado. Por otro lado, los 1-hidrazino-1,3-butadienos muestran un comportamiento distinto frente a los complejos carbeno de fischer, originando 2-aza-1,3,5-hexatrienos, independientemente del complejo carbeno utilizado. en el cap\u00edtulo 2 se describe la reacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila de carbaniones sulfinilo derivados de alquil sulf\u00f3xidos a complejos carbeno de fischer. La adici\u00f3n de carbaniones derivados de metil sulf\u00f3xido a complejos carbeno de fischer origina sulf\u00f3xidos al\u00edlicos. Sin embargo, en la adici\u00f3n de carbaniones sulfinilo alfa sustituidos se observa un comportamiento diferente y se originan enol \u00e9teres en la reacci\u00f3n con complejos aril y heteroarilcarbeno, y sulfinil\u00e9steres con complejos alquenilcarbeno. el cap\u00edtulo 3 recoge un estudio de la reacci\u00f3n entre complejos ciclobutenilcarbeno de fischer y alquinos terminales, tanto desde un punto de vista experimental como te\u00f3rico. La reacci\u00f3n con complejos derivados de indol y benzofurano da lugar a carbociclos de ocho eslabones, mientras que los complejos derivados de naftaleno y pirrol originan productos de benzanulaci\u00f3n.
