Los 9 marcadores microsat\u00e9lites seleccionados son: zag29, zag62, zag67, zag83, zag112, vvmd5, vvmd27, vvmd28 y vvs2. La optimaci\u00f3n del sistema de genotipado incluy\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o de una pcr m\u00faltiple, electroforesis capilar y an\u00e1lisis de fluorescencia en un analizador gen\u00e9tico. en relaci\u00f3n con los ex\u00e1menes dhe, el an\u00e1lisis de m\u00e1s de 1000 accesiones ha permitido establecer la distancia m\u00ednima para establecer la distinci\u00f3n en 2 alelos. La homogeneidad y estabilidad han sido demostradas mediante el estudio de casi 3.700 plantas de 19 variedades distintas de vid. En el an\u00e1lisis de identificaci\u00f3n, se ha establecido la significaci\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis molecular con un an\u00e1lisis matem\u00e1tico de la coincidencia, evaluando asimismo la influencia de estructura gen\u00e9tica en la colecci\u00f3n de 495 genotipos usada como referencia. Este an\u00e1lisis es igualmente v\u00e1lido para el establecimiento de la derivaci\u00f3n esencial. en esta tesis se ha elaborado una propuesta de utilizaci\u00f3n del sistema y toma de decisiones tanto para la protecci\u00f3n como para la defensa legal de variedades de vid. Adem\u00e1s de forma an\u00e1loga a la oiv, se han elaborado nuevos descriptores microsat\u00e9lite para los 5 loci para los que no exist\u00edan previamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
