Las prote\u00ednas que poseen mayor probabilidad de tener un nuevo plegamiento son las que carecen de hom\u00f3logos de secuencia de estructura conocida. en la investigaci\u00f3n realizada se dintinguen cuatro partes bien diferenciadas: i. Selecci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas que puedan poseer un nuevo plegamiento. ii. Expresi\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas seleccionadas en cantidad suficiente y con el etiquetado isot\u00f3pico necesario (elevado a 15n, elevado a 13c) para su estudio por rmn. iii. Determinaci\u00f3n por rmn de la estructura de las prote\u00ednas. iv. Analisis de las estructuras determinadas. la primera parte hace uso de herramientas bioinform\u00e1ticas. La segunda conlleva el empleo de t\u00e9cnicas de biolog\u00eda molecular. Para la tercera, se utiliza la espectroscopia de rmn multidimensional: esta parte incluye la adquisici\u00f3n, el procesado y la asignaci\u00f3n de los espectros de rmn y el c\u00e1lculo de la estructura a partir de los par\u00e1metros de rmn utilizando programas espec\u00edficos en cada etapa. La cuarta y \u00faltima parte requiere la utilizaci\u00f3n de programas de visualizaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de estructuras, y de m\u00e9todos bioinform\u00e1ticos. en concreto, las prote\u00ednas objeto de estudio de la presente tesis han sido: ta0095 de thermoplasma acidophilum de 96 amino\u00e1cidos, y cars1 de myxococcus xanthus de 86 amino\u00e1cidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
