La leptina y la colestoquinina (cck) son dos hormonas que forman parte de un sistema de control a largo y corto plazo, respectivamente, y participan en la regulacion del equillibrio energ\u00e9tico. As\u00ed, la leptina es una hormona secretada mayoritariamente por el tejido adiposo que disminuye y aumenta el gasto energ\u00e9tico por activaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso simp\u00e1tico. Presenta un receptor, ob-r, perteneciente a la familia de las cotoquinas con seis isoformas entre las que destacan la isoforma ob-ra, transportadora, y la isoforma ob-rb de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n. La cck es una hormona secretada por el tracto gastrointestinal tras la ingesta, que produce saciedad y disminuye el tama\u00f1o de las raciones ingeridad. Diversos estudios han propuesto un efecto sin\u00e9rgico entre la leptina y la cck, al comprobar como la administraci\u00f3n conjunta de leptina y cck produc\u00eda un mayor efecto saciante que cuando ambas hormonas se administraban por separado (barrachina y cols., 1977). Adem\u00e1s nuestro grupo ha demostrado como la cck aumenta la permeabilidad de la barrera hematoencef\u00e1lica al paso de leptina (cano y cols., 2003). En base a lo descrito en la literatura nos hemos planteado la existencia de un mecanismo sin\u00e9rgico indispensable en la regulaci\u00f3n de los sistemas encargados de controlar la ingesta y el
