En el proceso destaca la casi absoluta ausencia de estudios sobre la influencia de las condicones de cultivo sobre el crecimiento y la calidad del producto final. por ello el objetivo general del presente trabajo es el estudio en ejemplares de lubina cultivada de la influencia de la temperatura de cultivo sobre el crecimiento de la musculatura, composici\u00f3n corporal y aparici\u00f3n de deformidades.  por otra parte, el estudio de ejemplares salvajes nos ha permitido evaluar la influencia del origen (cultivado\/salvaje) sobre el crecimiento y calidad final de la carne. Para ello se han realizado dos experimentos, a partir de dos puestas seleccionadas del mismo lote de reproductores, que fueron distribuidas en tanques mantenidos en diferentes condicones de temperatura.     a partir de los ejemplares cultivados se ha estudiado el crecimiento de la musculatura (en ejemplares de 200 y 350 g), composici\u00f3n corporal (en ejemplares de 350 g cultivados a temperatura natural) y aparici\u00f3n de deformidades (a los 190 d\u00edas de cultivo). As\u00ed mismo, todos estos par\u00e1metros excepto las deformidades han sido estudiados en ejemplares salvajes de 350 g. En estos \u00faltimos, adem\u00e1s se ha realizado un estudio gen\u00e9tico con el objetivo de determinar su haplotipo mediterr\u00e1neo o atl\u00e1ntico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
