En este trabajo se recogen los principales resultados obtenidos en el estudio de la columbita mnnb2o6 y su an\u00e1loga preparada mediante reducci\u00f3n en 5% h2 en ar. El inter\u00e9s principal de este sistema reside en la posibilidad de reducci\u00f3n del nb5+ con la consiguiente creaci\u00f3n de vacantes ani\u00f3nicas, lo que afecta dr\u00e1sticamente a sus propiedades el\u00e9ctricas aumentando su conductividad en varios \u00f3rdenes de magnitud. Llevado a cabo con el fin de crear un mayor n\u00famero de vacantes de ox\u00edgeno, se analizan tambi\u00e9n los resultados obtenidos para el dopado aliovalente con ti4+ en mnnb2-xtixo6-?, Compar\u00e1ndose las propiedades de su forma oxidada y reducida, observ\u00e1ndose un comportamiento de conductor electr\u00f3nico de tipo n a bajas presiones parciales de ox\u00edgeno y un cambio a conductor de tipo p a presiones de ox\u00edgeno mayores. Respecto al cunb2o6, se han sintetizado y caracterizado sus dos polimorfos, el ortorr\u00f3mbico de alta temperatura y el monocl\u00ednico de baja temperatura, habi\u00e9ndose encontrado grandes
