Entre estos l\u00edpidos se encuentran las prostaglandinas con estructura ciclopentenona (cypg). Las cypg son metabolitos del \u00e1cido araqud\u00f3nico que pueden formar aductos con tioles celulares por adici\u00f3n de michael. Las cypg 15-desoxi-delta12,14-prostaglandina j2(15d-pgj2) y pga1 ejercen potentes efectos anti-inflamatorios, antivirales y pro- o antiproliferativos. Estos efectos son debidos en parte a la modificaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas. Aunque poseen estructuras muy diversas, frecuentemente se asume que las cypg poseen las mismas dianas y efectos biol\u00f3gicos. Hemos usado derivados biotinilados de estas cypg (15d-pgj2-b y pga1-b) para identificar mediante abordajes prote\u00f3micos nuevas dianas prot\u00e9icas cuya modificaci\u00f3n pudiera contribuir a los efectos de las cypg. Hemos observado diferencias cuantitativas y cualitativas en la uni\u00f3n de distintas cypg a prote\u00ednas celulares, que est\u00e1n relacionadas con su diferente reactividad en presencia de glutation, que reduce la incorporaci\u00f3n de cypg a prote\u00ednas. Hemos caracterizado la uni\u00f3n de 15d-pgj2 y pga1 a la prote\u00edna h-ras, comprobando que estas cypg se unen preferentemente a residuos diferentes. Por otra parte, mediante fraccionamiento subcelular y an\u00e1lisis posterior mediante espectrometr\u00eda de masas de fracciones enriquecidas en prote\u00ednas biotiniladas, hemos identificado posibles prote\u00ednas diana de pga1-b entre las que hemos encontrado prote\u00ednas estructurales, enzimas glucol\u00edticas, chaperonas y enzimas implicadas tanto en la s\u00edntesis como en la degradaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas. Adem\u00e1s hemos identificado prote\u00ednas que resultan modificadas selectivamente pot 15d-pgj2-b o pga1-b. Una de las prote\u00ednas que se modificar\u00edan selectivamente por pga1-b es \u00f1a a\u00f1dpsa reductasa, que desempe\u00f1a un importante papel en la respuesta inflamatoria y en el desarrollo de complicaciones de la diabetes. La identificaci\u00f3n de nuevas dianas podr\u00eda contribuir a dilucidar el mecanismo de acci\u00f3n y el potencial terap\u00e9utico de los compuestos con estructura
