El objetivo general consiste en describir la cultura organizacional y el marketing interno en un centro de educaci\u00f3n superior, determinando las subculturas y la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los perfiles de su personal, as\u00ed como la influencia que tiene la cultura organizacional en el marketing interno. Se desarroll\u00f3 el marco contextual, el instrumento de cultura organizacional y marketing interno (icomi) y se propone un modelo hipot\u00e9tico de cultura organizacional y marketing interno. Los resultados muestran la importancia que tienen las variables sociodemogr\u00e1ficas en la percepci\u00f3n que los empleados tienen sobre estas dos dimensiones. As\u00ed mismo, se demuestra la influencia que tiene la cultura organizacional en el marketing interno.
