Sin embargo la monitorizaci\u00f3n avanzada, la diagnosis y el control de dicho proceso no est\u00e1n consolidados y se requiere de mayor investigaci\u00f3n orientada a robustecer el proceso frente a perturbaciones y desestabilizaciones.En el cap\u00edtulo 1 se aporta una visi\u00f3n sobre el contexto en el que se desarroll\u00f3 la tesis. En el cap\u00edtulo 2 se presentan los m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos y materiales utilizados transversalmente en el desarrollo del trabajo experimental.Uno de los aspectos cr\u00edticos en la monitorizaci\u00f3n on-line del proceso es el d\u00e9ficit de instrumentos robustos y confiables. Como aporte a solucionar esta problem\u00e1tica, en el cap\u00edtulo 3 se presentan los estudios y la validaci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00edas de valoraci\u00f3n on-line de la alcalinidad y \u00e1cidos grasos vol\u00e1tiles en reactores anaerobios, incluyendo la prueba y validaci\u00f3n de un prototipo de analizador autom\u00e1tico operando con tres metodolog\u00edas diferentes.En el cap\u00edtulo 4 se realiza el an\u00e1lisis din\u00e1mico del comportamiento de un digestor anaerobio usbf escala piloto, estudiando su respuesta ante diferentes perturbaciones (impulso-escal\u00f3n) en la velocidad de carga org\u00e1nica alimentada y frente a un choque t\u00e9rmico. Se realiza el an\u00e1lisis de un conjunto de variables de estado para identificar desestabilizaciones del sistema. Se lleva a cabo la selecci\u00f3n del n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de variables que permiten clasificar adecuadamente diferentes estados estacionarios as\u00ed como la selecci\u00f3n de variables para la identificaci\u00f3n de perturbaciones. Finalmente se comparan y discuten los resultados obtenidos por ambas aproximaciones.Estudiando el comportamiento din\u00e1mico del sistema se evalu\u00f3 la respuesta de las variables indicadoras ante las diferentes perturbaciones generadas.
