La existencia de ordenaci\u00f3n cuau se ha relacionado con resultados en espectroscop\u00eda raman y el rendimiento de c\u00e9lulas solares fabricadas con este material. Mediante estudios ex-situ e in-situ se ha estudiado la influencia de la estequiometr\u00eda inicial de las capas en la calidad cristalina del material obtenido. El estudio ha incluido tambi\u00e9n el desarrollo de t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas para la caracterizaci\u00f3n in-situ que permitan un an\u00e1lisis en tiempo real de los
