Posteriormente se purifica la prote\u00edna recombinante, la cual se utiliza para la inmunizaci\u00f3n de conejos, obteni\u00e9ndose un antisuero policlonal monoespecifico de phl p 5. Este antisuero se utiliza para la fabricaci\u00f3n de coluninas de cromatograf\u00eda de afinidad, donde se purifica la prote\u00edna en estado nativo a partir de un extracto complejo de phleum pratense. una vez que est\u00e1 purificada la prote\u00edna nativa pm p 5, se realizan estudios compar\u00e1ndola con la prote\u00edna recombinante. As\u00ed mismo se realizan estudios de toxicidad anormal y capacidad initante. una vez que los resultados in vitro son \u00f3ptimos, se procede a la estandarizaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de phl p 5 en una poblaci\u00f3n deportista y sensibilizada pbleum pratense. Posterionnente se realizar\u00e1n estudios de homolog\u00eda ira vivo e in vitro con otras prote\u00ednas del grupo y de gram\u00edneas, estudiando los grados de respuesta y participaci\u00f3n del grupo y de gram\u00edneas, y las relevancias cl\u00ednicas e imnunol\u00f3gicas de las formas nativa y recombinante, as\u00ed como la rentabilidad y significatividad del pm p 5 y grupo y con respecto
