Los polibutadienos presentan varias microestructuras monom\u00e9ricas relativamente sencillas que los hacen candidatos ideales para el estudio de la influencia de la microestructura en el fen\u00f3meno de la transici\u00f3n v\u00edtrea. Las contribuciones de las distintas unidades conformacionales presentes en esta familia de pol\u00edmeros a la estructura medida por dispersi\u00f3n de neutrones son exhaustivamente diferenciadas en esta memoria. Asimismo, temas de reciente actualidad como el \u00abcrossover\u00bb gaussiano, la heterogeneidad din\u00e1mica y el alpha-beta merging se discuten en el marco de varios modelos fenomenol\u00f3gicos. En concreto, se propone un modelo que incluye movimientos localizados que se han podido explorar por primera vez con gran detalle a nivel atom\u00edstico gracias a la poderosa combinaci\u00f3n de las simulaciones con la espectroscop\u00eda de neutrones. Por otro lado, se comprueba la validez de una teor\u00eda ampliamente discutida en esta \u00e1rea de conocimiento, conocida como \u00abmode coupling theory (mct)\u00bb, para incorporar dichos movimientos localizados en la descripci\u00f3n general de la din\u00e1mica de este tipo de sistemas. En esta memoria se apunta a la posibilidad de que el origen de los movimientos localizados aqu\u00ed descritos pueda ser m\u00e1s complejo que el simple \u00abefecto caja\u00bb que postula la mct e
