Los loci estudiados son: receptor de lipoproteina de baja densidad (ldlr), glicoforina a (gypa), hemoglobina g gammaglobulina (hbgg), d7s8 y componente especifico de grupo (gc). Todos los sistemas fueron comprobados por equilibrio hardy-weinberg y se calcularon algunos parametros estadisticos de interes medico legal. Este estudio incluye una comparacion cualitativa de los datos de Madrid con otras poblaciones estudiadas por polimarker. La frecuencia de los datos puede ser utilizada en identificacion individual y pruebas de paternidad para estimar la frecuencia de un perfil de dna en la poblacion
