El receptor del factor de crecimiento epid\u00e9nnico (egf) regula la neurog\u00e9nesis de la svz de rat\u00f3n adulto y su actividad se modula por no. El egfr act\u00faa mediante las v\u00edas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n stat, mapk y p13-k, las dos \u00faltimas relacionadas con proliferaci\u00f3n. En este trabajo se ha mostrado el efecto antiproliferativo del no, tanto ex\u00f3geno como end\u00f3geno, sobre los precursores neurales aislados de la svz. Se ha visto que este efecto es independiente de la v\u00eda del cgmp, y se debe, al menos en parte, a la s-nitrosilaci\u00f3n y consiguiente inactivaci\u00f3n del egfr.
