Para ello, se usan tanto t\u00e9cnicas metaheur\u00edsticas, como t\u00e9cnicas exactas provenientes de distintos \u00e1mbitos (investigaci\u00f3n operativa, programaci\u00f3n con restricciones, etc.). Se presentan modelos colaborativos, integrativos y multinivel, los cuales se aplican a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas de optimizaci\u00f3n de diversa \u00edndole, como el problema de la mochila multidimensional, el problema de la supersecuencia com\u00fan m\u00e1s corta, la inferencia de \u00e1rboles filogen\u00e9ticos, los patrones estables de m\u00e1xima densidad o las secuencias binarias
