Se continu\u00f3 con la s\u00edntesis de mips de complejos covalentes de tbt y dbt con un mon\u00f3mero similar a la tropolona, obteniendo pol\u00edmeros cuya capacidad de reconocimiento es dependiente del ph. Se han utilizado para la limpieza de extractos de biota, en procedimiento mispe, demostr\u00e1ndose que la alta selectividad de este material elimina las interferencias propias del m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis. se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo r\u00e1pido de extracci\u00f3n de muestras de biota y sedimentos utilizando la sonsa de ultrasonidos. Los extractos resultantes de la aplicaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo r\u00e1pido de extracci\u00f3n, se limpiaron utilizando los procedimientos mispe optimizados. Este procedimiento combinando aument\u00f3 la exactitud y precisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo gc-fpd convencional, disminuyendo adem\u00e1s el l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n. As\u00edmismo, se ha desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo para an\u00e1lisis lc-icp-ms, utilizando un mip de emulsi\u00f3n como soporte cromatogr\u00e1fico. Los ld son similares a los obtenidos utilizando fases cromatogr\u00e1ficas comerciales, pero el an\u00e1lisis resulta libre de efecto matriz. Este nuevo m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis fue validado utilizando un material de referencia certificado de tejido de mejill\u00f3n.
